This website
bawrgroup.com does not collect personal information, set cookies, or run analytics. The only personal data we receive through this website is what you voluntarily send when you email us at contact@bawrgroup.com, which we use solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not share that correspondence with third parties.
Our software and services
Software, applications, and services published or operated by BAWR Group may collect limited diagnostic and technical data to ensure stability and improve performance. This may include:
- Device model, operating system version, and app version (for compatibility and debugging)
- Crash logs and error reports (for stability monitoring)
- General usage patterns such as feature interactions and session duration (for product improvement)
- IP address, anonymized where possible (for security and service delivery)
We do not collect precise geolocation data. We do not collect the contents of files you create or process locally in our software unless you explicitly share them with us. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
We do not currently use third-party analytics SDKs. Any usage data processed through platform services (Apple, Google) is governed by their respective privacy policies. Crash data, if collected, is handled by us directly or by platform-provided crash reporting with no third-party analytics vendors.
Payments
Purchases made directly through our website are processed by our payment processor, who acts as the merchant of record. We do not receive, process, or store payment card details or other payment credentials. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are governed by those platforms' payment terms and privacy policies. Our payment processor's privacy practices are described in their own privacy policy.
How we use data
We use the limited data we collect solely for the following purposes:
- Operating and maintaining our software, services, and website
- Diagnosing and fixing technical issues and crashes
- Improving app stability, performance, and features
- Responding to your support requests and inquiries
- Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, or security threats
- Complying with applicable legal obligations
Who we share data with
We share personal data only when necessary. Recipients are limited to:
- Platform providers (Apple, Google) whose SDKs, APIs, and infrastructure are used to deliver the apps, subject to their own privacy policies
- Our payment processor, which handles transactions as the merchant of record and is subject to its own privacy policy
- Infrastructure and hosting providers, who store and process data on our behalf under data processing agreements
- Law enforcement or government authorities, when required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your personal data may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will provide notice before your data becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.
International data transfers
BAWR Group LLC is based in the United States. If you access our software, services, or website from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, such transfers occur under appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, or other transfer mechanisms permitted under applicable law. We are in the process of appointing an EU representative under GDPR Article 27 and will update this section when appointed.
Security
We implement technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk of the data we process, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls based on least-privilege principles, and secure software development practices. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours as required by applicable law and will notify affected individuals directly where required.
Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Crash and diagnostic data is retained for up to 12 months. Support correspondence is retained for up to 24 months after resolution. Transaction records are retained for as long as required by tax and financial law, typically 7 years, and are held by our payment processor. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
