Refund Policy
30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. No questions asked.
Our guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any BAWR Group purchase for any reason within 30 days of the transaction date, we will refund you in full. You do not need to explain why.
How to request a refund
Email contact@bawrgroup.com with your order number or the email address used at checkout. We will process the refund promptly — typically within 1–3 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
After a refund
Access to any purchased features will be revoked once the refund is processed. Refunds are available once per product per customer. We reserve the right to decline refund requests where we have reasonable evidence of abuse of this policy or where the same product has previously been refunded for the same account or email address.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
Before initiating a chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute with your bank, card issuer, or payment platform, you must first request a refund directly from BAWR Group at contact@bawrgroup.com. Our 30-day money-back guarantee provides a straightforward resolution and we will process your refund promptly — there is no need to involve your bank.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your license to use BAWR Group software and may be treated as a breach of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback where (a) a refund was already issued for the same transaction, (b) the 30-day refund window had elapsed at the time of the dispute, or (c) the dispute is filed without prior contact to us.
Your acceptance of a refund from BAWR Group constitutes full and final resolution of the payment dispute for that transaction and waives any further claims arising from it.
Subscriptions
BAWR Group does not currently sell subscriptions. All purchases are one-time payments. This section will be updated if that changes.
App Store purchases
If you purchased a BAWR Group app through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests for that transaction must be directed to Apple or Google respectively, as they are the merchant of record for those transactions. Our 30-day guarantee applies to direct purchases made through our website or payment processor.
